In our new partnership with NGO – Sustainable Travel International, we are working together to bring about positive change to our business.

We are now offsetting all employee travel and want to give our customers the opportunity to get involved and reduce their Carbon footprint too.

SUSTAINABLE TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL

Partnering with Sustainable Travel International, we’re involved with 3 diverse projects which will help us offset Carbon Emissions when we travel.

We want as many of our travelers to join us in protecting the environment and to reduce their carbon footprint too!

That’s why when you book onto our programmes, you’ll be given the option to offset your flights too, if you’re already booked you’ll be able to do this through your bespoke customer portal also – so it’s never too late to get involved and make a difference!

We wanted to support projects that operate in the same countries we travel, so we’ve picked projects in Vietnam, Cambodia and the USA where the funds we collect from our travel and from our customers travel will be split evenly between the 3. Please see more information on these below.

HydrologIc Clean Water FIlters In CambodIa

This project improves providing access to safe drinking water in Cambodia by providing water filters to rural families in need of clean water. By eliminating the need to boil water using wood fuel, the project prevents CO2 emissions being released into the atmosphere, reduces pressure on Cambodia’s precious forest resources, and improves indoor air quality!

VIETNAM BIOGAS

By installing biogas digesters in small households across Vietnam, this project provides rural families with a clean and affordable source of energy.

Use of these digesters reduces reliance on traditional fuels, which lessens greenhouse gas emissions, prevents deforestation, and improves community health!

Green Trees USA

This project is reforesting 1 million acres of farmland in the Lower Mississippi Alluvial Valley by planting and protecting trees.

In addition to storing carbon, the revitalized forest will generate income for local landowners, provide a habitat for migratory birds and other wildlife, and prevent pollution from entering the Mississippi River!
